Why has the product code changed for my diary this year?

The last digit of our diary codes represent the year. For example, a Personal size Horizontal Year Planner for 2013 has a code of 6840113 whereas the 2014 version of the same diary is 6840114.

Is there any way I can register my Personal Organizer?

Yes. You can access this area by logging in/registering and going to ‘my account’ click on ‘my organizers’ on the left hand side and enter details of your organizer. You will be given a unique registration code, write this in the front of your organizer so that we can easily identify it should your organizer be lost and then returned to us.
